Time heals everything

Quite intriguing and a much comforting three words! But it’s true, physical or emotional – time heals everything! That makes us very fortunate and there begins the initial process of healing, to ease everything off.

No matter what or who you are,  we are all imperfect and inexperienced, prone to hurt, pangs and pains are common to us. It has many faces and act as a constant never ending chain. We hurt ourselves and others equally. It doesn’t have to be intentional all the time. But, it’s easy to project and make the wound much deeper. If you’re a sensitive person, that could be a disaster and a fodder to foment troubles. But, not yet! The universe and time works hand in hand to rescue us, which is a big relief. Instead of hasty non-sense just be there and enjoy the ride.

As a wonderful carrier, what time does is quite simple. Time simply moves forward constantly chasing new and fresh beginnings. It doesn’t have the concept of looking back or waiting for anything or anyone.

Time plays an art of healing oblivious to our feelings and  situation for our own good . It takes us, engages  us and leaves us in a new realm to ease everything. As time passes, memory fades,  fresh and new things emerges. But still it allows you to cherish the souvenir, to reflect and react and make us better as reasonable human being.

Whether we like it or not, we forget and move forward with time, the greatest healer – God’s wonderful provision!

The smile by William Blake

Smile. In the midst of all the chaos around the world I’m glad that a beautiful poem crossed my way and got to express my heart’s content. Indeed, I smiled so many times to see what I felt even though it’s an everyday exercise that comes out of me. The more I smiled, the less stress I felt; really beautiful and peaceful at the same time.

Smiling is something quaint and unique to all. There is no such thing as ugly smile. I never come across an ugly smile ever! Rather it speaks volume to the persona, lessens the burden and spreads a good vibe around.

Like a song to spread the joy around, smile beautifies the mirror of our mind. How happy we are when we see the genuine smile of others. When a baby smiles it’s heavenly, it melts your heart ! In a nutshell smile is the visible expression of our happiness and content; our gratitude and appreciation. It’s contagious! The best practice to feel more human and reduce stress. Passing a simple smile is way powerful, and it is the easiest way of help. When we adorn with such graceful charm, our world will be more vibrant and peaceful.

But, then there is the scowl to contrast and unravel the negative. Even though it’s purely intended to express the human sullen and sadness, we still tend to smile as if like an evil twin. We mask the grim with smile, too.

See how William Blake cleverly and beautifully unfolds the two-fold nature of our social expression. Slight lift upward or downward to interpret what’s in it behind the layer…

The smile by William Blake

There is a Smile of Love
And there is a Smile of Deceit
And there is a Smile of Smiles
In which these two Smiles meet

And there is a Frown of Hate
And there is a Frown of Disdain
And there is Frown of Frowns
Which you strive to forget in Vain

For it sticks in the Hearts deep Core
And it sticks in the deep Back bone
And no Smile ever was smild
But only one Smile alone

That betwixt the Cradle & Grave
It only once smild can be
But when it once is smild
Theres an end to all Misery

Relish the season

Snow took control and ran the show again -sort of a blizzard condition apparently paralyzing businesses and almost everything. The pact included no Sunday service at the church or trips to the mall. Winter is being sort of remiss although spring was at the door to take over.

It seemed as if the season got another extension to show off. Pounding winter unraveled the beauty of the season one more time this weekend – across Atlantic Canada – while it’s hard to imagine another round of snow. Our roads and sidewalks are already caked in snow. Now the fresh snow has done a retouch and made it a beautiful vignette.

Nature’s own quaint art to ease the hardness of bone chilling cold . To inspire folks like me to praise and appreciate the reason behind the season. All about winter is a treat to me! I still marvel at the beauty of winter. Snow blanketed ground, bare trees, pine and spruce with their elegant green tinged fingers, shrubs sandwiched between the ground and snow makes winter a genius work of nature. The sight of blowing wind scooping the loose snow off the ground inviting everything along the way to sway and swirl in accord to its raucous rhythm is breathtaking.

As if it knows that few hearts still adore the dreary gray beauty of it. Or at least, no one dares to scare them off. Instead the subjects are obliged to obey the rules and embrace it. I couldn’t think otherwise, too. Their reasoning seems fair and reasonable when I looked around the heat and hate in the air. It seems much better when it compares with unruly human heart, and harrowing epics after all.  Like watching a classic movie and relish every bit of it. Winter and snow is something to relish until it returns…

Yet, still I’m longing for some sunshine on the horizon. Better hope and a new dawn!  So I had to conclude ; if the pine and spruce can still protect its leaves and its green tinge from harsh cold or the bony bare branches of birch and willow can revive back in glory when its summer – we can too.  Heads up and be ready for tomorrow’s dawn!
